1. Installation location:

The distance to the tank wall is recommended to be 1:6≤1/4 of the diameter of the tank (at least 300 mm, at least 400 mm concrete tank)

B. It can be used in any medium with a dielectric constant greater than or equal to 1.4. The measurement has nothing to do with the conductivity of the medium.

C. The measurement of the size of obstacles and short pipes in the fuel tank does not affect the measurement.

E. For high-viscosity media, it is recommended to use a rod probe.

5. Installation of horizontal and vertical tanks:

A. Tube probes and rod probes can be up to 6 meters long, and 8 mm cable probes can be used to measure tanks with a distance of more than 6 meters.

B. Measurement of the same installation and fixing method as the solid powder bin

C. As long as the probe can avoid contact with the tank wall, there is no limit to the distance from the tank wall.

If there are more obstacles in the tank, or too close to the probe shaft, choose a tubular probe.

6. Measurement of corrosive media:

If the corrosive medium is measured, a plastic sleeve with a rod probe cover can be selected for measurement.
