The Structural features of RTD

Resistance Temperature Detector(RTD) is usually supporting the use of display instruments, recording instruments and electronic regulators. It is a direct measurement of the various production processes from -200 ℃ to +600 ℃ range of liquid, vapor and gas medium and solid surface temperature.
(1) End face thermal resistance:
End face thermal resistance temperature sensing element is a special treatment of resistance wire winding, close to the thermometer end. Compared with the general axial thermal resistance, it can more accurately and quickly reflect the measured end of the actual temperature, suitable for measuring the temperature of the surface.
(2) WZ series assembly thermal resistance:
Usually combined with the temperature components, mounting fixtures and junction boxes, etc. With the advantages of high precision, stable and reliable performance. Pt100 platinum thermal resistance is the most widely used in the practical application.
(3) Flameproof thermal resistance:
Explosion-proof thermal resistance through a special structure of the junction box, confined the explosion which caused by the explosive mixture gas inside the junction box due to sparks or arc and other effects to the junction box, the production site will not cause the explosion.
(4) WZPK series armored platinum thermal resistance:
Armored thermal resistance is a solid body that combined with the sense of temperature components, leads, insulation materials and stainless steel casing . It has the following advantages: slender shape, fast thermal response time, anti-vibration, long life and other advantages.
