B49H series bicolour quartz tube level gauge is kind of liquid level product based on optical principle,which consists of high purity quartz glass tube.
There is a great contrast between liquid and gas, and it is clear in long-distance observation and night.
It successfully overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary plate level meter, such as bulky, large sealing area, easy leakage, unclear display and difficult color observation at close range.
There are standard type, insulation type (insulation tube installed in stainless steel jacket), anti-corrosion type (sprayed PTFE film), full range type without blind area, and lighting equipment can be installed at the same time to facilitate use at night or in places with poor light.
Operating Principle
In the aspect of liquid level meter display, it use of the principle of reflection and refraction of light, and adopt special structure and technology to design and manufacture.When the two-color liquid level meter is installed on various measuring containers, the change of liquid level can be observed directly, the liquid phase display is green, the gas phase display is red, and the interface measurement is trichromatic interface.
