Reasons for the decline of turbine flowmeter accuracy

Reasons for the decline of turbine flowmeter accuracy:
1. Generally, there are some impurities in the medium, which will wear the bearing and shaft, increasing the gap between them, destroying the dynamic balance of moving parts, reducing the speed, or the dirt entering the gap, increasing the movement resistance and reducing the speed. All these reasons cause the decrease of instrument display value and negative error, which is unfavorable to the fluid supplier.
2. The change of fluid temperature and pressure may cause the liquid in the pipeline to escape from the air in the pipeline, or because the pressure in the pipeline is lower than the saturated steam pressure of the fluid, some liquid may become steam, or the external gas may be caused by the negative pressure of the medium. In the suction pipe, these gases flow together with the liquid to be measured, resulting in an increase in the indicated value of the instrument and a positive error, which is not conducive to the need for liquid.
3. Fibrous or viscous impurities in the fluid are attached to the rotating part of the flowmeter, which increases the rotating resistance, reduces the indicated value of the instrument, and causes negative errors, which is unfavorable to the fluid supplier.
4. The working environment is relatively harsh, such as electromagnetic interference, dust, high temperature, vibration, humidity, etc., which may cause the turbine flow sensor to malfunction or malfunction, and directly cause the turbine flow meter indication error. The error may be positive or negative, may not be obvious, or may be completely invalid. For the above phenomenon, when it is relatively serious, problems can be found from the comparison of process working states, and it is easy to take corresponding measures. However, at the initial stage of the problem, it is impossible to find the problem without taking special measures.
