Ultrasonic liquid level gauge is a kind of liquid level instrument that uses the ultrasonic principle to measure liquid level. How does the ultrasonic liquid level gauge work? What is the principle of ultrasonic level gauge?

The working principle of ultrasonic liquid level gauge is to transmit energy wave through ⼀ devices that can transmit energy wave (⼀ generally pulse signal). The energy wave is reflected by obstacles, and the reflected signal is received by ⼀ receiving devices.
The change of liquid (material) level is determined according to the time difference of measuring the movement process of energy wave. The microwave signal is processed by the electric device and finally transformed into the electrical signal related to the liquid level.
The secondary probe transmits ultrasonic pulse signal to the measured medium meter. The ultrasonic wave is reflected after encountering the measured medium (obstacle) during transmission, and the reflected ultrasonic signal is detected by the electric module.
Through special software to process, analyze the time difference between transmitting ultrasonic wave and echo. Combined with the propagation speed of ultrasonic wave, the propagation distance of ultrasonic wave can be accurately calculated, and the inlet can reflect the situation of liquid level.
