Design of Intelligent Management System for Industrial Remote Magnetic Flip Level Gauge in Offshore Oilfield Group

Abstract: The industrial remote magnetic flap level gauges used in offshore oilfields are filled by external units, and the remote magnetic flap level gauges are rented internally, and they are returned after use. Due to the lack of monitoring methods, the remote magnetic flap level gauge is often lost, not returned within the specified time, or not returned in time after use, which causes a huge waste of funds and is not conducive to the formulation of statistics and plans. Design a set of intelligent remote magnetic flap level gauge management system using radio frequency identification technology (RFID) to set up files, regular inspections, real-time monitoring, and performance analysis to ensure remote magnetic flap level gauges The safe use of the plate level gauge, monitoring the operation process of the remote magnetic flap level gauge, simplifying the statistical procedures, reducing the labor intensity, preliminary estimates can save 1.5 million yuan each year.
The industrial remote magnetic flap level gauge is a pressure vessel for storing and transporting gas. At present, offshore oilfields use remote magnetic flap level gauges (oxygen-containing remote magnetic flap level gauges, acetylene remote magnetic flap level gauges, nitrogen remote magnetic flap level gauges, argon remote magnetic flap level gauges). The plate level gauge, the carbon dioxide remote magnetic flap level gauge, the LPG remote magnetic flap level gauge and the high-energy liquefaction remote magnetic flap level gauge) have the following problems:
1) There are a large number of scattered, highly dangerous mobile remote magnetic flap level gauges on offshore platforms;
2) There are phenomena such as unscheduled use and loss of the remote magnetic flap level gauge, which causes a lot of waste;
3) Lack of modern real-time monitoring methods for the deployment and circulation of remote magnetic flap level gauges;
4) The complete use process of the remote magnetic flap level gauge cannot be monitored;
5) The rent calculation of the remote magnetic flap level gauge is complicated, the workload is large, and it is easy to make mistakes.
In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes to design a set of intelligent remote magnetic flap level gauge management that uses radio frequency identification technology (RFID) to set up files, regularly check, real-time monitor, and perform performance analysis. System and evaluate its application effect.

1 Overview of the circulation of industrial remote magnetic flap level gauges in offshore oilfields
There are a large number of platforms in my country’s offshore oilfields, mainly distributed in the Bohai Sea, the eastern seas of the South China Sea and the western seas of the South China Sea. The platforms are far away from the land and the supply of materials depends on shuttle tugs. The offshore facilities are basically filled with external units, and the remote magnetic flap level gauge is rented internally, and the method is returned after use. The remote magnetic flap level gauge is sent from the remote magnetic flap level gauge factory to the wharf/warehouse to start calculating the rent, and the remote magnetic flap level gauge is returned to the remote magnetic flap level gauge factory to stop calculating the rent. . 3 Architecture, hardware composition and use of intelligent management system for industrial remote magnetic flap level gauge

1) Use the platform office network to transmit data;
2) The tag data can be collected offline in the warehouse and on the device and uploaded when the network is available;
3) One system configuration server, and all clients are accessed through the branch office network;
4) The warehouse/device is equipped with 1-2 terminals, and the tags are manually updated by the sender and receiver of the remote magnetic flap level gauge.
The main hardware of the system is composed of the following parts:

3) Reader.
The system uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology, which is easy to control, simple and practical, and flexible in control. 5 concluding remarks
Through an example of the construction of an intelligent management system for industrial remote magnetic flap level gauges in an oil field group, the design of the intelligent management system for industrial remote magnetic flap level gauges in offshore oil field groups was verified.
