Factors that should be considered when choosing a magnetic level meter When choosing a level meter, the following factors should be considered:

The disadvantage is that the dielectric constant of the measured liquid is unstable, which can cause errors. Capacitive level gauges are generally used for level measurement in regulating pools, clean water pools, etc.
When the measurement range is less than 2m, rod-shaped, plate-shaped and coaxial electrodes are used; when it exceeds 2m, cable-type electrodes are used. When the measured medium is water, an electrode with an insulating layer (polyethylene available) is used.
The sensor of the ultrasonic level gauge is composed of a pair of transmitting and receiving transducers. The transmitting transducer emits ultrasonic pulses facing the liquid surface, and the ultrasonic pulses are reflected back from the liquid surface and received by the receiving transducer. According to the time from transmitting to receiving, the distance between the sensor and the liquid level can be determined, which can be converted into liquid level. Its accuracy is ±0.5%.
This type of liquid level gauge has no mechanical moving parts, high reliability, simple and convenient installation, non-contact measurement, and is not affected by the viscosity and density of the liquid, so it is mostly used in medicine pools, medicine tanks, sludge drainage pools, etc. Liquid level measurement. But this method has certain blind spots, and the price is more expensive.
In addition, the landlord mentioned that the magnetic flap level gauge should consider the demagnetization of the magnetic material. The demagnetization causes the level gauge to not work properly, and the measurement results cannot be trusted by the operator. Maintenance
1. There should be no solid impurities and magnetic impurities in the cylinder of the liquid level gauge, so as to avoid jamming the float and weaken the buoyancy.
2. According to the condition of the medium, the main pipe can be cleaned regularly to remove the deposits and impurities in the pipe.
3. After cleaning the liquid level gauge or when replacing the float, open the drain flange. When installing the magnetic float, pay attention to the heavy end with the magnetic end facing upwards and cannot be installed upside down.
4. For low-temperature and liquefied gas-specific products, the main body of the liquid level gauge is insulated with a vacuum jacket. Be careful not to damage the jacket during installation and use, so as not to affect the quality of the product.

Repair and maintenance

3. It is required to clean the oil gun, oil cup and linoleum; it is also possible to use trichloroethylene or alcohol to inject the pressure-impressing hole to the half of its height and soak it for about 5 minutes, then shake it slightly and repeat it several times until it is cleaned. Do not use any utensils to clean the pressure-inducing holes, so as not to damage the pressure-sensitive diaphragm of the sensitive core.
4. To clean the liquid level of the inner medium of the liquid level gauge, avoid using brushes or metal tools with excessive hardness to avoid damage to the sensitive core and pressure interface threads.
5. After cleaning, put the liquid level gauge back into the iron pipe slowly, feel that the lower part of the iron pipe has been placed, install the screw cap back to its original place, and then reinstall the level gauge after removing and cleaning, It is necessary to compare the water level gauge of the same water level of the sluice again, and correct the detection value of the secondary instrument to ensure the correctness of the sampling data.
