The float level gauge mainly works using the principles of buoyancy and lever. When the liquid level changes, the float will float up and down, and then be transmitted to the magnetic steel through a lever. The magnetic field strength of the magnetic steel will change, and finally, this change will be converted into an electrical signal output through a reed switch. Therefore, if the measurement of the float level gauge purchased by customer friends is inaccurate, it is likely due to the following reasons:

1、 Installation issues
Improper installation is one of the important reasons for inaccurate measurement of float level gauges. During the installation process, if the float level gauge is not fixed and adjusted as required, it may cause the level gauge to tilt or shake.
