After the normal output level changes slowly or not at all, it is necessary to check whether the fuse of the device is burned out at the first time. If there is no current output, it can basically be judged that there is a problem with the meter. Please replace or repair as needed. In addition, as a part of instrument installation and adjustment, management should be strengthened to avoid incorrect setting of instrument parameters and affecting production. Relevant personnel also need to strengthen daily maintenance and conduct regular shutdown inspections to ensure the normal operation of the radar level gauge.2. Check whether the communication equipment is normalIf you find that there is a problem with the communication equipment, install the radar debugging software, you can read the composition data of the radar, and monitor the status of the radar sensor. The main reason is that the radar sensor can accurately determine the difference between the reflected echo and the pseudo echo, and check whether the intensity of the reflected wave reaches the specified standard. If there is no problem with the above test, you need to check other electronic components. If it is determined that the communication unit of the radar level gauge is damaged, you need to replace the components as needed to ensure the normal communication of the radar level gauge. In the daily maintenance work, the relevant personnel should strengthen the inspection of the communication status of the radar level gauge, and can access the signal line through the radar adjustment software, and perform the maintenance of the radar level gauge communication equipment through the regulator.3. Operating temperatureIn order to measure the radar level gauge normally, it should be ensured that the internal temperature of the radar level gauge is less than 50. Radar level gauges are generally used to measure high-temperature media. Therefore, because the shell of the radar level gauge is made of materials with higher heat resistance, the interior of the radar level gauge generally does not exceed 50. If the internal electronic parts exceed this value, they cannot be cooled with ice water. Ice water will not only cool down, but also paralyze the radar level gauge. Blowing a small amount of wind into the radar head with a copper tube can scientifically reduce the internal temperature of the radar level gauge.4. The displayed value is incorrectThe inaccurate display value is a common problem in radar level gauges. The reason for the inaccurate display value is that the initial contrast is incorrect or the plug-in connection of the display module is not appropriate. The relevant personnel should try to avoid this problem. If you find that you cannot see the displayed value, you should check the initial settings of the radar level gauge and check whether the plug-in connection of the display module is normal. Under these two normal conditions, it is necessary to thoroughly check whether the output current of the radar level gauge is normal. If the output current is above 22mA, it can be judged that the display module of the radar level gauge is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced quickly. If the output current is less than 3.5mA, it is judged that the electronic module of the radar level gauge is faulty, and the electronic module of the radar level gauge needs to be replaced in time. 5. Display error messageThe radar level gauge system often displays error messages, but the reason for this failure is generally that the power is cut off before the end of the data saving, and it needs to be verified and reset, and then recalibrated. If the alarm still appears after the check is reset and recalibrated, the electronic module of the radar level gauge needs to be replaced.6. Dirty and crystallization of the antennaWhen a lightly dirty oil tank fails, the possibility of dirty and crystallization of the antenna must first be considered. The treatment method is: after cutting off the power, wear suitable protective equipment, remove the radar and place it diagonally, wipe the dirt and crystals with a rag, be careful not to damage the antenna bend, handle it with care, and do not damage the antenna skin with iron friction.7. Diffuse reflectionIf the liquid level is low or there is no liquid level, the biggest reason may be that there are brackets and pipes at the bottom of the test container, or steam is generated in the process, which is diffusely reflected by radar waves, causing the liquid level to lose its function.
