Generally speaking, the common causes of failure are:   1) The wireless antenna is damaged. After microwave heating, the thick wet scab forms an obvious reflective surface, and the instrument panel maintains a stable high level value.  2) When the material is discharged, the wireless antenna or surrounding condensate will affect the radar echo.  3) When the raw material is discharged, the fixed part in the fixed box produces obvious radar echo.  In the case of the above, the following methods must be followed.  1. Carefully remove the wireless antenna and its surrounding appendages, including effective settings for the excitation and session limit interval   2. Dialog box suppression is also called near-site suppression. This function is to eliminate the hazards of mounting flange welding, wireless antenna or surrounding suspensions to accurate measurement, and is a reasonable method to improve accurate measurement.  3. Carry out radar echo suppression on the fixed part. The radar level gauge will not only affect the radar echo after passing through the software intelligent filter, but also can suppress the radar echo of the fixed parts by the way of influencing wave recording.   The strong fluctuation of the surface layer of the mixed substance in the tank and the instantaneous fluctuation during slotting will enhance the radar echo and change the measured value. In addition to improving application parameters (stimulating floating-point average curve optimization algorithm), suppressing the vicinity of the site, expanding the output and reducing vibration, it will also check the installation position of the instrument panel, or study the installation of higher specifications of wireless antennas.  According to work experience, for the two-wire instrument panel in the card-type power supply system, it is also necessary to confirm whether the DCS analog input board has sufficient load working capacity. The 160-slot radar water level gauge for the foundation settlement often has the fault that the measured liquid level is stable and the accurate measurement value fluctuates strongly. However, after a comprehensive inspection, it is found that the AI tape load capacity of the DCS system software is insufficient. The safe channel card-type meter power supply system is changed to an external meter power supply system, and the data signal of the card-type meter is accurately measured through an isolator to eliminate common faults.   The general failure is mainly the loss of the wave on the dashboard; it is wrong or stuck. In the case of a liquid with a low relative permittivity, if the correct measurement is not carried out, the working ability of the liquid reflecting surface is weak, so the phenomenon of wave loss often occurs. However, there is no problem of weak working ability of the liquid reflecting surface in the alumina field. . Therefore, due to the vortex, working fluid level, and dense foam layer in Puerto Rico, the radar echo is weak and non-existent. From this point of view, it is necessary to set the best application parameters according to the internal processing characteristics of the vessel. If the above measures have no obvious practical effect, in order to improve the pressure strength of radar echo, please replace the installation parts or the wireless antenna with larger capacity.
