For magnetic flap level gauges exceeding a certain length (common type> 3 meters, anti-corrosion type> 2 meters), a middle reinforced flange or ear pan should be added as a fixed support to increase the strength and overcome its own weight;9. The installation of the magnetic flap level gauge must be vertical, and a ball valve should be installed between the magnetic flap level gauge and the container lead pipe for easy maintenance and cleaning;10. The installation position of the magnetic flap level gauge should be avoided or far away from the entrance and exit of the material medium to avoid rapid changes in the local area of the material fluid and affect the accuracy of the liquid level measurement;11. When the magnetic flap level gauge is equipped with remote transmission supporting instruments, it is necessary to ensure that the junction box inlet hole is laid, and the sealing is required to prevent rain, moisture, etc. from invading the remote transmission supporting instruments.
