How to assemble the magnetic flap level gauge

The magnetic flap level gauge is an instrument that uses the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling, and uses the structure of a communicating device to measure the level of the liquid medium in the container. It is usually composed of measuring main pipe, process connection flange, sewage flange, sewage valve, magnetic float and display indicating panel, as well as reed switch remote transmitter and magnetic switch accessories. The magnetic flap level gauge has so many components, how is it assembled?   In order to ensure the quality and efficient production of the magnetic flap level gauge, the magnetic flap level gauge is assembled according to the following production process.   First of all, it is to measure the production of the main body tube. 1. During production, according to the customer’s parameter requirements, select the main measuring tube and cut the material according to the required length, open the liquid hole on the drilling machine, and clean the burrs at the orifice and the nozzle until it is smooth;   2 The top head of the measuring pipe, the small pipe of liquid introduction, the process connection flange, the lower flange of the float and the sewage flange are welded. The welding of the process connection flange must be carried out on a special welding platform to ensure the levelness and perpendicularity between the two flanges, so that the flange center distance is equal to the measured length value;   3, the level of the magnetic flap All welds and the whole of the gauge are passivated and cleaned to ensure that the overall appearance of the level gauge is bright and clean;   4. Perform a water pressure test to check whether there is any leakage at the weld.  Secondly, it is the assembly of the display and instruction panel. After assembling the measuring main tube, proceed to the assembly of the display and indicator panel. When assembling, pay attention to the inspection of the flip piece flip to ensure that each flip piece can be flipped flexibly; and the panel is sealed with a special sealing plug and sealant. The U-shaped tube pressure gauge detects and detects leaks, so that the sealing performance of the panel reaches IP66/IP67, preventing rain and dust from entering the panel and affecting the turning of the flap.   Again, it is the design and processing of the magnetic float.  The magnetic float is designed and processed according to the specific gravity of the measured medium.   Finally, it is assembly and debugging. Install the assembled display panel with a stainless steel clamp to the main measuring tube, align the zero position of the panel with the center line of the lower lead tube, and install the magnetic float into the main measuring tube to test the performance of the whole machine. The magnetic float moves up and down three times, and the flip piece is turned over 100% as qualified. After the whole machine is tested, it will be packaged and shipped in a wooden box. When assembling the magnetic flap level gauge, strictly follow the product assembly process, pay special attention to the rationality of the assembly sequence and the control of the matching accuracy, and make full use of the auxiliary positioning function of some fixtures to ensure the performance of the product. At the same time of consistency and reliability, the production efficiency of the magnetic flap level gauge is improved.
