How to correctly install and use the anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauge?

The anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauge is also called the lining type magnetic flap level gauge. The anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauge is widely used in the chemical industry/refining/water treatment/storage and transportation industries. Strong acid, strong base, organic solvent and other medium convenient measurement applications are very easy to use! But we also need to pay attention to the following points when using anti-corrosion level gauges:1. Due to the measurement principle of the magnetic flap level gauge during installation, there must be no strong magnetic links around the working conditions, and installation methods with magnetic effects cannot be used.2. In order to facilitate regular cleaning and maintenance, a valve should be installed between the magnetic flap level gauge and the container.3. It is forbidden to dismantle without permission. For the anticorrosive magnetic flap level gauge, 304 lining and PTFE are used for the installation structure of the float and the flange joint. In order to ensure the sealing performance, it cannot be dismantled privately.4. After the installation is complete, you need to use magnets for calibration! The above are the things that need to be paid attention to when installing. Below we are talking about those things that need to be paid attention to during use:1. When our magnetic flap level gauge is put into operation, we should first open the pipe valve on the anticorrosive magnetic flap level gauge, and slowly open the lower lead pipe valve to allow the liquid medium to flow in smoothly. Avoid the situation that our liquid medium rises rapidly with the float, causing this film reversal failure!2. When installing the anticorrosive magnetic flap level gauge float, please pay attention not to allow dirt and impurities to enter. The float will cause blockage or damage. You can clean the float regularly according to the condition of the medium!

3. When using electric heating, be sure to use non-magnetic materials!
