The speed of the impeller is proportional to the fluid volume flow. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the magnetic sensor is used to sense the volume of the fluid from the synchronously rotating impeller. The pulse signal whose flow is proportional to the volume flow is calculated and processed. The measurement accuracy is high, and the accuracy grade can reach 1.0 and 1.5; the range ratio is wide, generally 1:20. The measurement range is wide; the structure is compact and light, and it is easy to install and maintain. Medium and high pressure metering.Turbine flowmeters also have the following shortcomings: there are movable parts, easy to damage, key parts bearings are easy to wear, poor anti-fouling ability, high requirements for the cleanliness of the medium, it is difficult to maintain the calibration characteristics for a long time, and periodic calibration is required. The reasons for the error are: the quality of the meter itself, unreasonable design and selection, improper installation, improper maintenance during operation, etc. How to control the error? Correctly determine the location and specifications of the flowmeter. Due to the existence of turbine inertia of the turbine flowmeter, it is not suitable to be used in occasions with frequent flow fluctuations, otherwise the measurement accuracy will be reduced. It is necessary to more accurately estimate the peak and valley values of the gas consumption and the pressure of the medium, and correctly determine the specifications of the flowmeter.The filter must be installed before the gas turbine flowmeter; the filter should be kept unblocked. If the filter is found to be clogged (you can judge by the filter inlet and outlet pressure difference), the filter should be cleaned in time. Clean once a month. It is necessary to ensure the requirements of straight pipe sections, especially if there is a reduced diameter or half-open valve in front of the table. During installation, the gasket shall not protrude into the pipeline, the flowmeter and the pipeline axis shall not have obvious deviations from the visual inspection, and installation stress shall not be generated. Be sure to clean up all impurities in the pipeline during installation to prevent the bearing and turbine from jamming.
