Practical methods for the maintenance of gas turbine flowmeters in the textile printing and dyeing industry

Gas turbine flowmeter is widely used in textile printing and dyeing industry. Because of its simple structure and accurate measurement, it is an intelligent flowmeter for small flow measurement.Today, we asked Mr. Shen, an old employee in the textile printing and dyeing industry, to explain to us the actual combat methods of gas turbine flowmeter maintenance in the textile printing and dyeing industry. As an old employee, the textile printing and dyeing industry has four main maintenance and actual combat methods.1. Data calibration: Before the gas turbine flowmeter is put into use, the meter coefficients should be set first, and the meter coefficients should be checked carefully to ensure that the flowmeter is properly wired and grounded before transmission. “-”.2. Clear the blockage: keep the filter open. The filter is blocked by impurities, which can be judged by increasing the difference between the readings of the inlet and outlet pressure gauges, otherwise, the flow rate will be severely reduced. “-3. Guarantee accuracy: For large-flow transaction settlement measurement, in order to ensure the accuracy of the flowmeter, the flowmeter must be calibrated continuously. The site should be equipped with online calibration equipment or a portable calibration device. Although the one-time investment is large, it is worth considering for long-term economic benefits.4. Cleaning the impeller: The gas turbine flowmeter needs to be cleaned, inspected and adjusted regularly, as shown in Figure 1. The flowmeter with lubricating oil or cleaning fluid inlet should be filled with lubricating oil or cleaning fluid regularly in accordance with the requirements of the specification to maintain the good operation of the impeller.The above four points are usually noticed, I hope it will be helpful to most users.
