For the vortex flowmeter whose negative end of the power supply cannot be grounded, battery-powered electronic instruments should be used during field testing, and the negative end of the instrument cannot be grounded. The oscilloscope used must have a differential input terminal, and it should be placed in the AC coupling mode when measuring.
