Pressure taking method of orifice flowmeter

The orifice flowmeter is a new generation flowmeter that integrates flow, temperature and pressure detection functions, and can automatically compensate for temperature and pressure. It has powerful functions, compact structure, simple operation and convenient use. Here, we will introduce several pressure methods for orifice flowmeters.1. Standard orifice plate for taking pressure in annular cavity:It is a standard orifice plate. Because the pressure is taken in the annular cavity, the measurement accuracy is improved, and the minimum straight pipe length required for installation is shortened, and it can be widely used in various departments.2. Angle joint independent drilling and pressure standard orifice plate; It is a standard orifice plate. When the pipe diameter is above 400 mm, this form is often used. The pressure-taking methods are flanged separately, circular pressure equalizing ring or square pressure equalizing ring. The orifice plate can be a shank hole or a non-standard round missing orifice plate.3. Standard orifice plate for flange pressure:It is a standard orifice plate. Regardless of the diameter of the pipeline, the center of the upstream and downstream pressure holes is located at 1 hour (25.5 mm) on both sides of the orifice plate, which is widely used in oil refining systems.4. Standard orifice diameter distance to take pressure:It is a standard orifice plate. The pressure taking method is pipeline pressure. The center of the upstream pressure hole is located at twice the inner diameter of the pipe in front of the orifice plate. The center of the downstream pressure hole is located at half of the inner diameter of the pipe from the rear end of the orifice plate.5. Small aperture plate:It is a non-standard orifice plate. Used to measure fluids with pipe diameters from 10 mm to 50 mm.6. Double-hole plate:It consists of two standard orifice plates, which are installed in a straight pipe at a certain distance. According to the flow direction, the front orifice plate is called the auxiliary orifice plate, and the rear orifice plate is called the main orifice plate. The section ratio m1 of the auxiliary orifice plate is larger than the section ratio m of the main orifice plate. Two orifice plates form a nozzle with a liquid wall. It is used for low Reynolds number fluid or high viscosity flow measurement.
