Determination of caliber, flow rate and flow range   The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter has the advantage of a wide range. If the flow rate of alumina slurry is measured, the general flow rate is 1.5~3m/s. The sensor diameter of the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter The size is generally consistent with the pipe diameter. When selecting abrasive fluids such as ore slurry, the commonly used flow rate can be selected, generally 2 to 3 m/s, in order to reduce the wear on the electrode lining;3. The choice of the lining of the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter. For some corrosive fluids, fluoroplastic lining should be used when selecting the lining. The so-called fluoroplastic lining is the polytetrafluoroethylene that we often use, and its characteristic is that it has excellent resistance. Corrosion function, temperature resistance can reach -40℃~+180℃, but the disadvantage is that it is not abrasion resistant. Ceramic lining can be used for abrasive media. Ceramic lining also has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance, but it also has The disadvantage is that it cannot adapt to the drastic changes in temperature, which will cause fragmentation; therefore, improper selection of the lining of the electromagnetic flowmeter is likely to cause deformation of the lining in actual work, which will affect the normal operation of the flowmeter;4. Selection of electrode material    In the selection of electrode material of smart electromagnetic flowmeter, the first thing to consider is the corrosiveness of the electrode to the measuring medium, and the second is to determine whether there will be a chemical reaction on the electrode surface. If the selection is improper, it will appear Electrode passivation, oxidation and other chemical reactions.
