Some problems in the use of magnetic flap level gauge

When we use the magnetic flap level gauge, we must not use two strong magnets attached to the outside of the communication tube to pull the float up and down for inspection and maintenance. The strong magnetism may affect the magnetism of our magnetic float. It may weaken the magnetism of the magnetic float, and the final problem may be inaccurate measurement results or equipment damage! When using the magnetic flap level gauge on site, you must first open the upper gate valve, and then open the lower gate valve in the next step. The glass tank level gauge is because the connection pipe of the level gauge is equipped with a thrust spring to protect the float. Otherwise, the effect of large differential pressure may break the float and make the level gauge unusable. The debugging of the magnetic flap level gauge is normal. After being put into use, the float may be adsorbed at a certain position for a period of time. The reason for this phenomenon is that when the level gauge is installed through the steel platform, If the steel plate is too close, it will cause adsorption. This will cause our measurement results to be inaccurate. We must pay attention to the distance from the steel platform when installing.

After the magnetic flap level gauge has been used for a period of time, it may appear that the float is difficult to float or the float begins to move obviously sluggish. This is basically due to the iron filings or other contaminants stuck to the magnetic float. Yes, the solution can be to empty the medium first and then remove the float to eliminate the iron filings or other contaminants on the magnetic float!
