The working principle of the electronic part:The antenna emits a very narrow microwave pulse, which travels in space at the speed of light, encounters the tested medium, partially reflects it, and is received by the antenna. The round trip time (T) from the transmission of the microwave pulse to the reception (T) is proportional to the distance (D) from the antenna to the surface of the test medium, so the height of the test medium surface is accurately calculated at the time interval.Header part separation chart:The electronic part is composed of a combination of an electronic device and a display unit. Among them, the final part of the electronic part is composed of the following three units:1. Among them, the signal device is also called the sensor, the power supply device and the control device, which are integrated in the electronic part and highly integrated.The accuracy, measurement stability, and signal strength of the radar level measuring instrument are closely related to the signal device. If the signal device does not work normally, it may affect the use of the entire radar level gauge.The above are all signal unit versions. The precision work of the gold transmitter and the precision of the small dots around the transmitter are very demanding. At the same time, it is also important to select the chip together with all the chips. There must be a good plan that can give full play to the effect of the entire signal unit.The electronic part of the qualified radar level gauge is produced, and then together with the required sensor radio frequency and antenna, the inherent performance has the beam energy concentration, is not affected by the ambient temperature, can penetrate a proper amount of steam or crystals, and the signal strength (Note: strong signal, It is not to make the display device gain large). The signal strength is not affected, the stability is high, and the life span is long.
