The new magnetic turning column level gauge provides reliable leak detection and improves application cost performance

The magnetic turning column level gauge is a cost-effective solution for precipitation measurement. The aerodynamic design ensures that the sensor does not interfere with the surrounding airflow, ensuring continuous and accurate precipitation measurement. The anti-ultraviolet material ensures the robustness of the site to maintain a high level of measurement accuracy. In the standard form, each tip pulse output of the rain gauge is 0.20mm, but other options are available.
Using the traditional tipping bucket mechanism to achieve rainfall measurement, this mechanism has been proven to be a reliable industrial and scientific standard for precipitation measurement for many years. Each tip of the bucket provides contact closure of a reed switch to produce the output of the rain gauge.
The output of the magnetic column level gauge can be directly connected to our OM-CPPULSE101 for local data collection. The data received from the magnetic column level gauge can be calibrated to ensure that the collected data is converted to represent accurate rainfall information. If remote data collection is required, we provide GSM/GPRS collection of AqualinkII which can provide data for PC, tablet or mobile phone remotely. You don’t need any software to view the data. You only need a web-enabled device. You can log in to the personal device dashboard with your username and password.
Bell Flow Systems was recently sought by a customer for a reliable solution to remotely monitor the flow detection and leakage purposes of fire hydrants.

The site is located at a remote location and requires a clamp-on measurement solution to provide flow measurement without entering the pipeline. Information on this site also needs to be provided remotely, and provides visual alerts for operators in the field office.
Huikeda provides magnetic turning column level gauges, and provides local Modbus output for third-party telemetry systems. The data from the telemetry system will be stored on the portal, providing a visual indication of the current flow from the flow meter, total flow and diagnostic information. Information about the data portal will also display visual alerts so that operators can respond to leaks or flow incidents in the field office.
TFXUltra has inherent advantages over traditional equipment, including being clamped on the outside of the pipe without touching the internal liquid. The advantages of the TFXUltra non-intrusive flowmeter include measuring a series of liquids with a small amount of suspended solids or ventilation, two-way flow measurement and various communications, including ModbusRTU via RS485; Ethernet connection options include BACnet/IP, EtherNet/IP and ModbusTCP /IP protocol.
