The anti-rotation level switch uses an AC micromotor to drive the detection blade to rotate slowly after deceleration.When the level of the measured material rises and the rotation of the blade is blocked, the main shaft of the detection mechanism produces a rotational displacement. This displacement firstly causes a micro switch to act and sends out a signal of material. Then another micro switch acts to cut off the power of the micro motor to stop its rotation. As long as the material level in the silo remains unchanged, this state will be maintained.When the material level drops and the detection blade loses its obstruction, the detection mechanism relies on the spring tension to return to its original state. Control the action of the micro switch of the micro motor power supply, so that the motor is energized and rotated. Then another micro switch action sends a signal, as long as there is no material blocking the rotation of the detection blade, this state will be maintained.The use and characteristics of anti-rotation level instrument1. 1. In order to meet the needs of certain seepage or high adhesion materials (such as asphalt, concrete, etc.), vertical installation on the top (measuring depth up to 10 meters or more) can be selected. Hard shaft. When the measuring depth is > 1 meter, the extended flexible shaft should be selected. When the measuring depth is less than or equal to 1 meter, a rigid extension shaft can be used.  Note: Since the material has no contact with the root of the output shaft of the leveler during overhead installation, there are very few failures during operation. Where the installation location permits, the overhead vertical installation should be adopted as far as possible.   2. The extended type (with stainless steel sheath and extended shaft) can also be customized for side mounting.
