The use of integrated orifice flow meters is special

The integrated orifice flowmeter is a high turndown differential pressure flow device composed of a standard orifice plate and a multi-parameter differential pressure transmitter (or differential pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, and pressure transmitter). It can measure gas, The flow of steam, liquid and natural gas. The integrated orifice flowmeter is widely used in process control and measurement in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, heating, water supply and so on.Orifice flowmeter can be used for flow measurement, display, metering and online automatic control in the production process. The most important precaution for commissioning is that the pressure pipe must be filled with water or injected with high-temperature steam for cooling before starting. The pressure guiding tube system of the orifice flowmeter is filled with cold water as the pressure guiding medium, and the measurement of high temperature steam is generally carried out with cold water. When the pipeline is not carrying steam, open the primary valve, pressure valve, balance valve, close the drain valve, and directly inject cold water from the water injection hole of the condensate tank until it is completely filled. Of course, you can also close the balance valve and pressure valve, open the first-stage valve to introduce high-temperature steam, and slowly cool it into cold water. This method is generally not used, because the steam temperature is too high and it is easy to damage the instrument. Pay special attention when measuring high-temperature steam. If it is not filled with water or the temperature is high, it is forbidden to put the pressure tube into operation. Measure the pressure of compressed air and cold water directly with the measured medium. The differential pressure transmitter of the orifice flowmeter discharges or discharges the liquid. After the pressure pipe is filled with water, a small amount of gas may accumulate in the pressure chamber of the differential pressure transmitter, which affects the pressure pipe and must be removed. Unscrew the bolts in the lower part of the positive pressure chamber and the negative pressure chamber to drain the liquid. Under normal circumstances, the newly put into operation of the instrument does not need to drain. Check that there is no leakage in the pressure guiding piping system, close all valves, and prepare for operation.
