The working principle and installation method of the anti-rotation level switch

Rotation resistance level switch is a kind of on-site control instrument, mainly used for level detection of solid materials such as powder, granule, colloid, etc. It is widely used in chemical, plastic, cement, pharmaceutical, feed, food and other industries. , And this is inseparable from its principle and characteristics.1. The principle of the anti-rotation level switchThe principle of the anti-rotation material level switch is to use a micro motor as the driving device. The transmission shaft is connected with the clutch and drives the blade at the end of the transmission shaft to rotate. When the detected material rises to the blade position, the rotation of the blade is blocked, and the detection device is generated around the main shaft. Rotational displacement, this displacement firstly causes a micro switch to act and sends out a signal of material; then another micro switch acts to cut off the power of the micro motor to stop the rotation of the blade. As long as the material level in the silo remains unchanged, this state will be maintained (Figure 1). When the material drops, the blade resistance disappears, and the detection device relies on the spring tension to return to the original state. First, a micro switch acts, and the motor power is turned on to make the blades rotate normally. Then another micro switch acts to send a signal, as long as there is no The material blocks the rotation of the detection blade, and this state will be maintained (Figure 2).2. The installation requirements of the anti-rotation level switch include:

1. Before installation, please confirm whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage on the nameplate.  2. Confirm the density of the tested material and select the best blade shape and size. Generally, the higher the density, the smaller the blade.   3. Confirm horizontal or vertical installation before installation.   1. When installing horizontally, install the blade at an angle of 10-20° to the horizontal to reduce the impact of the material.  2. When installed horizontally, the wire inlet of the junction box should face down vertically, the cable fixing nut must be locked, and a rain cover can be added if possible.  3. It should be avoided to install at the material inlet. When it is unavoidable, a protective baffle can be installed 200mm above the switch to protect the blade from material impact.  4. Do not knock the transmission part and blade part when installing the product to avoid unnecessary damage.
