A Monocrystalline Silicon Core Pressure Sensor is a high-precision pressure sensor that utilizes a single-crystal silicon (monocrystalline silicon) as its sensing element. Working Principle:
The sensor works based on the piezo-resistive effect in monocrystalline silicon. When pressure is applied, the silicon core undergoes deformation, causing a change in electrical resistance. This change is then converted into an electrical signal, which is further processed to determine the pressure.
