Grain Processing Industry Application

Level instrument
1. Capacitive level gauge

Level switch
1. Resistance rotary level switch
Purpose: Used to detect the level of solid materials in silos and storage tanks. Principle: The switch action is triggered by the change in resistance when the rotating blade comes into contact with the material. Features: Simple structure, suitable for granular and powder materials, easy to install.
2. Capacitive level switch
Purpose: Used for detecting the level of solid and liquid materials. Principle: Determine the presence of materials by measuring changes in capacitance. Features: Suitable for various materials, responsive, easy to install and maintain.
3. Vibration type level switch
Purpose: Suitable for material detection in silos and storage tanks. Principle: Use the vibration change of the vibration probe when the material comes into contact to trigger the switch. Features: High reliability, suitable for dusty environments, easy installation and maintenance.
4. Fork level switch
Purpose: Used for detecting the level of solid and liquid materials. Principle: Trigger the switch by utilizing the frequency variation of the tuning fork vibration. Features: High reliability, suitable for dusty environments, easy to install.
