Intelligent Float Level Transmitter Instruction Manual
UQD series intelligent floating ball level transmitter is widely used to measure and control the liquid level of viscous, dirty, inflammable, explosive and corrosive media and other kinds of media. Floating ball level transmitter is mainly composed of measuring sensor mechanism and transmitter. The measuring sensor is a ball float. And the transmitter uses the balance bar, the balance bar mechanism and the moment balance mechanism of the floating ball constituting. The float is therefore free to rise and fall with the change in liquid level. When the liquid level changes, the position of the floating ball changes correspondingly, and driving the spindle to rotate. The spindle is connected to the output shaft of the angular displacement sensor of the transmitter. The angular displacement sensor converts the float changes with the liquid level into the corresponding electric signal. The new intelligent processor implements automatic commutation and outputs the real 4-20mADC (or HART protocol). This product is widely used in high temperature, high pressure, asphalt, viscous, dirty media, wax and other oil products as well as inflammable, explosive, corrosive liquid media liquid level or interface continuous measurement in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power and light industry in the production process.

Installation method and requirements
(1) The transmitter is directly mounted on the side wall interface flange of the tested medium container through the flange. The length requirement for the straight pipe section of the connection port flange is: ≤ ordinary type 35°, ≤ 170mm; large angle type 80°, ≤200mm
(2) Before installation, the installation orientation of the transmitter should be determined according to the structural characteristics of the transmitter and considering the convenience of operation, observation and maintenance.
(3) Installation of the float ball and the club: Firstly, the float ball and the club are screwed tightly and welded. For the new type of coupling structure of the 90-type small-angle float ball, the club is installed by screwing the club into the screw hole of the connecting rod at the end of the guard sleeve. It should be noted that the top wire on both sides of the coupling rod is screwed to the club. Inside the annular groove, tighten the lock nut on the top wire. If the conditions in the field are bad, it is recommended that the user solder the top wire and the lock nut to the coupling or directly weld the ball to the coupling.
(4) Unscrew the back cover of the instrument and introduce the transmission wire into the transmitter head through the introduction device (do not break the lead wire when paying attention to the lead wire), and fix the positive and negative poles of the wire to the marked "+" and The position of the "-" symbol (see Figure 6). But be careful not to take the wrong polarity, and then power on after checking.
