Top-mounted type: When encountering installation challenges in underground and confined spaces, such as underground storage tanks, closed containers with only small openings at the top, or installation where the side walls cannot be drilled, the top-mounted magnetic flap level gauge provides an elegant "top-down" solution. Its guide rod and float assembly penetrate into the bottom of the container through the top flange, accurately transmitting the level changes at the bottom to the display panel at the top. This design has irreplaceable advantages in municipal water treatment, underground fuel storage tanks, and certain food fermentation tanks, making the impossible possible.
Insulation and Heat Tracing Type: Conquering Extreme Process Temperatures. When dealing with media that are high in viscosity, prone to crystallization, or require specific temperature maintenance, magnetic flap level gauges demonstrate remarkable adaptability. By integrating steam jackets, vacuum jackets, or electric heat tracing devices, an insulation and heat tracing installation structure is formed, effectively preventing the medium from condensing or solidifying within the measurement chamber. This is crucial in asphalt storage tanks, chemical molten salt systems, and outdoor storage tanks in cold regions, ensuring continuous and accurate measurements under harsh temperature conditions.
Multi-flange and remote transmission configuration: To expand the system integration boundary to accommodate more complex liquid level control requirements, the magnetic flap level gauge can be configured with multiple flange interfaces, allowing simultaneous connection to multiple switches or remote transmitters. This converts the intuitive local indication into standard 4-20mA signals or switch signals, which are uploaded to the central control room. This composite installation mode of "local indication + remote monitoring" makes it a key node connecting the field and the control system, perfectly integrating into the modern automatic control system.
From side mounting to top mounting, from normal temperature to heat tracing, from local indication to system integration, the rich installation possibilities of magnetic flap level gauges are essentially a deep combination of their core principles and engineering wisdom.
