Product Instructions
The LUGB type vortex flowmeter is a flowmeter designed and manufactured using the Karman principle theory of the relationship between the generation of vortices and the flow rate. It can be used to measure the flow of steam, gas and low viscosity liquids. A triangular column (vortex) generating body is inserted into the fluid, and a regular Karman vortex is formed alternately behind the triangular prism, and the separation frequency of the scoring is proportional to the flow velocity(V) of the measured medium. Therefore, the flow rate of the measured fluid can be calculated by detecting the number of vortices by the flow meter sensor head, and the signal processing circuit calculates the volume flow rate of the measured medium according to the sensor aperture.

3.High Accuracy: The measurement accuracy is typically ±1.0% for liquids and 1.5% for gases.
4.Wide Measurement Range: Covers a broad measurement range, with a Reynolds number range of 2×10⁴ to 7×10⁶, achieving a ratio of up to 1:20.
5.Low Pressure Loss: The pressure loss is about 1/4 to 1/2 that of an orifice flow meter, making it an energy-saving flow instrument.
6.Flexible Installation: Can be installed horizontally, vertically, or at various angles, accommodating different process pipeline configurations.
7.Anti-Interference and Anti-Vibration: Equipped with an anti-interference circuit and vibration-resistant sensor head, providing some resistance to environmental vibrations.
8.Non-Linearity Correction: Software corrects the instrument coefficient's non-linearity, improving measurement accuracy.
8.Low Pressure Loss, Wide Range: Ensures minimal pressure loss and a broad measurement range.
9.EEPROM Data Protection: Cumulative flow data is protected against power failure using EEPROM, with protection lasting over 10 years.
