Description
LWYB series turbine flow meters, based on the torque balance principle, belong to the speed flow meter. The sensor has the characteristics of simple structure, light skill, high accuracy, good recovery, sensitive response, convenient installation and maintenance and use. The turbine flow meter is suitable for measuring liquids or gases compatible with stainless steel 1Cr1-8Ni9Ti, 2Cr13, Corundum Al2O3 and carbide and free of impurities such as fibers and particles. The sensor is suitable for medium with viscosity less than 5*10-6 m²/s. For liquid with viscosity greater than 5*10-6 m²/s, the sensor should be calibrated with the real measured liquid.
Working Principle
When the measured liquid flows through the sensor, because the impeller blade has a fixed Angle with the flow direction, the impeller receives the kinetic energy of the fluid under the action of the fluid, the impeller rotates after overcoming the friction torque and fluid resistance, and the impeller speed is constant after the balance of each torque. Under certain conditions, the impeller speed is proportional to the average pipeline flow rate. The rotation of the impeller periodically changes the induced potential of the detection coil, that is, the electric pulse signal, which is an amplifier, plastic output pulse signal or 4 ~ 20 m ADC signal to display the instantaneous flow value or total amount. In a certain flow range, the pulse frequency F is proportional to the instantaneous flow rate of the fluid flowing through the flow meter sensor, with the calculation formula

Pulse Output Intelligent Turbine Flowmeter
1.Working Voltage: +12VDC or +24VDC (customer must select a power supply when ordering).
2.Signal Transmission Distance: less than 300 meters.
3.Output Signal: square wave signal
4.Amplitude: +12VDC power supply amplitude is about 10V; +24V power supply amplitude is about 20V.
5.Installation: The amplifier and turbine flow sensor are connected with M16*1.0 thread. After the turbine flow sensor is installed, screw the amplifier to the turbine flow sensor, and then tighten the lock nut after screwing it to the end.
6.Wiring: There are three external leads for the pulse output amplifier, red wire, white wire and black wire. The red wire is connected to the positive power supply, the white wire is pulse output, and the black wire is grounded
