■ Overview
TCA-DO is used to control the power supply in safe areas by means of the switch or logic level signal and drive intrinsically safe equipment on site in hazardous areas such as the electromagnetic valve and alarm.
Input characteristics:
The input signal consists of three types, i.e. contact, level and OC, of which the high level of the level input is > 5 V, and low level is < 1V. The saturation voltage drop of OC is < 1 V, and cut-off current is < 100 μA. When the input contact is closed, the input is at a low level, or the input OC is saturated, the output voltage is high value. Otherwise it is 0.
Output characteristics:
he output resistance value is around 267 Ω. The maximum output voltage is 24±0.7 V; the greater the output load current, the lower the output voltage is. When the load current is 45 mA, the output voltage is 12±0.7 V. When the load resistance decreases continuously or decreases to zero (short circuit), the maximum current limit value is 45+2 mA.
Isolation among input, output and power supply, a virtual value of 2500 V per minute.
Power supply range can be chosen within the range of 20-42 VDC or 15-42 VDC.
LED indicators, Green: power indication, Yellow: output status, on when output circuit is active.
Clamping type structure, a 35 mm DIN standard guide rail clamping type installation is used. Screw terminal, the wire is connected and fastened by M3 screws.
